WHAT QUALIFIES
Send an item back if it is:
- Still unworn and unwashed
- In the same condition it arrived in
- Carrying all original tags and packaging
Anything worn, altered or missing its tags falls outside the policy, so check before you send.
YOUR 14 DAYS
The clock starts the day your order lands at your door. You have 14 calendar days to tell us you want a refund or an exchange.
HOW IT WORKS
- Fill in the request form below with your order number and package details.
- Send the item back to us. Return shipping is on you.
- We inspect it on arrival.
- For a refund, your money returns within 5 to 7 business days. For an exchange, your new piece ships within 3 to 5 business days.
WHO PAYS FOR WHAT
You handle the courier fee for sending items back. We handle everything once the package reaches us.
